01. Create a New Local Account for the PC

I. Open Command Prompt

Go down to the “Start Menu” and type in “CMD” for the “Command Prompt“. Right-click on it and select “Run As Administrator“.

II. Create an Account

To “Create a new local account“, type in “net user” and then in quotes, type “username“, and “password“. Then close the quotes. Now, insert a “Forward Slash” and type in “add“. You’ll see a confirmation message saying we have successfully created a new local user account.

Your command must be like this - net user "username" "password" /add

III. Delete an Account
